Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. They set out the agreement between you and On Time Limo Service for the chauffeured transportation services we provide in Chicago and the surrounding area, and they work together with our Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transportation services provided by On Time Limo Service (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to any client, passenger, or account holder (“you”). By booking, confirming, or using our services — whether online, by phone, or by email — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services We Provide
We provide chauffeured luxury ground transportation throughout Chicago and the surrounding area, including airport transfers, corporate travel, hourly and as-directed service, special-event transportation, and long-distance trips. A full list of services is available on our Services page, and our vehicle options are shown on our Fleet page. Availability of a specific vehicle or service is subject to confirmation.
3. Reservations & Confirmations
Reservations may be made through our Reservations page, by phone at +1 (312) 866-0161, or by email at ontimelimo01@gmail.com. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details, passenger counts, flight information, and contact numbers. We are not liable for service failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
4. Rates, Quotes & Payment
Rates are quoted at the time of booking based on vehicle class, distance, duration, stops, and date. Airport and point-to-point trips are typically quoted at flat rates; events and as-directed service are billed hourly, subject to any applicable minimum. Quoted rates are valid for the specific trip booked. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and billed corporate accounts where arranged in advance. A valid payment card may be required to guarantee a reservation.
5. Gratuity, Tolls & Additional Charges
Unless otherwise stated on your confirmation, your fare includes a standard chauffeur gratuity. Tolls, airport fees, parking, and permit fees are included in or itemized on your quote. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended wait time, additional mileage beyond the agreed itinerary, excessive cleaning, or damage (see Section 8). Any additional charges will be applied to the payment method on file.
6. Cancellations, Changes & No-Shows
Cancellations and changes are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In general, reservations cancelled outside the applicable window are fully refundable; cancellations closer to the pickup time may incur a fee, and certain vehicles and special events require a non-refundable deposit. Failure to appear at the confirmed pickup location without notice is treated as a no-show and charged in full.
7. Wait Time & Grace Periods
For airport pickups we include complimentary wait time — typically 60 minutes for domestic arrivals and 90 minutes for international arrivals, measured from actual landing. For point-to-point and hourly pickups a grace period of approximately 15 minutes applies. Wait time beyond the applicable grace period is billed in increments at the vehicle’s prevailing hourly rate.
8. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care
For everyone’s safety, passengers must remain seated with seat belts fastened while the vehicle is in motion and follow the chauffeur’s reasonable instructions. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. The consumption of alcohol is permitted only where lawful and only by passengers of legal drinking age (21+); illegal drugs are never permitted. You are responsible for the conduct of your party and for any damage caused during your trip. A cleaning fee (for example, for spills or sickness) or a repair fee for damage may be charged to the payment method on file. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service, without refund, for unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or intoxicated behavior, or where the passenger count exceeds the vehicle’s lawful capacity.
9. Luggage & Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal items. We are happy to assist with loading and unloading, but we are not liable for items that are lost, left behind, or damaged. If you leave an item in a vehicle, contact us promptly and we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return it; return shipping may be at your expense.
10. Delays, Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
While we plan carefully and monitor traffic and flights, we are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, road or weather conditions, accidents, mechanical failure, acts of God, or other force-majeure events. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including missed flights, missed events, or lost profits.
11. Safety & Age Requirements
Child safety seats are available on request and must be requested in advance. Passengers are encouraged to travel with appropriate child restraints as required by Illinois law. Unaccompanied-minor transportation is provided only by prior written arrangement.
12. Insurance & Licensing
On Time Limo Service operates as a licensed and insured ground-transportation provider, and our vehicles are commercially insured and regularly inspected and maintained. Certificates of insurance are available to corporate and event clients on request.
13. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services you consent to the practices described in that policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking. We encourage you to review this page periodically; the “Last updated” date above indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
